Ingredients
- Hummus: 2 cans chickpeas (reserve 1/3 cup), 1/2 cup tahini, 2-3 garlic cloves, juice of 1 large lemon, 1/4 cup olive oil, salt, ice water as needed
Instructions
- 1Blend chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice and salt. Add olive oil and ice water gradually until very smooth and creamy.
