Ingredients
- 2 cups idli batter (fermented)
- ½ cup grated carrot, ½ cup finely chopped beans, ¼ cup peas
- 1 green chili, 1 tbsp cilantro, ½ tsp ginger (optional)
- Salt if needed, oil for greasing
Instructions
- 1Gently mix vegetables, chili, and cilantro into idli batter.
- 2Grease idli molds lightly. Pour batter into molds.
