Ingredients
- 3 medium sweet potatoes, boiled or roasted and cubed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1-2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, chili powder, salt
- 2 tbsp tamarind chutney or lemon juice, 2 tbsp yogurt optional, sev (crunchy noodles) for topping, cilantro
Instructions
- 1Boil or air roast sweet potato cubes until tender.
- 2In a bowl, toss cubes with onion, tomato, chilies, spices, lemon/tamarind.
- 3Drizzle yogurt if using, top with sev and cilantro. Serve immediately.
