Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers (capsicum), tops removed and deseeded
- Filling: 1 cup cooked rice, 150g paneer crumbled, 1 onion, 1 tomato chopped, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp cumin, chili powder, salt, cilantro
Instructions
- 1Mix cooked rice, paneer, onion, tomato, and spices for filling.
- 2Stuff mixture generously into bell peppers.
