Ingredients
- 250g paneer, cubed
- 1 onion, 3 tomatoes, blended
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala, ½ tsp cardamom powder, ½ tsp white pepper
- ½ cup milk or light cream, 1 tbsp cashew paste (optional), 2 tbsp oil
- Salt, saffron strands (optional), cilantro
Instructions
- 1Lightly fry paneer.
- 2Heat oil, sauté blended onion-tomato with ginger-garlic until oil separates. Add spices.
- 3Stir in milk/cream and cashew paste; simmer 5–7 min. Add paneer gently.
- 4Garnish with saffron and cilantro. Serve with naan.
