Ingredients
  • 1 cup red kidney beans (soaked overnight)
  • 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, blended
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp garam masala, ½ tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp ghee, ½ cup cream or coconut cream, salt
Instructions
  1. 1Pressure cook soaked rajma until very soft. Mash half the beans.
  2. 2Heat ghee, sauté blended onion-tomato with ginger-garlic and spices until thick.
  3. 3Add cooked rajma and 2–3 cups water. Simmer 15 min. Stir in cream.
  4. 4Serve hot as a hearty soup with bread or rice.
