Ingredients
- 250-300g paneer, cubed (halal-certified)
- 4-5 tomatoes + 1 onion, blended smooth
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1-2 green chilies
- 10-12 cashews, soaked & blended (for creaminess)
- 1 tsp turmeric, 1-2 tsp coriander, 1 tsp garam masala, Kashmiri chili

Instructions
- 1Sauté blended onion-tomato with ginger-garlic and spices until thick.
- 2Add cashew paste, simmer. Add minimal butter/milk for richness.
- 3Gently add paneer cubes; simmer 5-7 min. Garnish. Serve with naan/rice.
