Ingredients
- 250g paneer, cubed
- 3 tomatoes + 1 onion, blended smooth
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp coriander, ½ tsp chili powder, 1 tsp kasuri methi
- ½ cup cream or coconut cream
- 3 tbsp butter or oil, fresh cilantro
Instructions
- 1Lightly fry paneer cubes.
- 2Heat butter, sauté blended onion-tomato with ginger-garlic and spices until thick and fragrant.
- 3Add cream and kasuri methi; simmer 5 min. Gently add paneer.
- 4Garnish with cilantro. Serve with naan.
