Ingredients
- 250g paneer, crumbled
- 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp oil or butter, salt, fresh cilantro
Instructions
- 1Heat oil, sauté onion and green chili until soft. Add ginger-garlic and tomatoes.
- 2Cook spices 2–3 min. Add crumbled paneer and salt.
- 3Stir-fry 5–7 min until paneer is well coated and heated through.
- 4Garnish with cilantro. Serve with toast, paratha, or roti.
