Ingredients
  • 1 lb fresh spinach
  • 250g paneer, cubed
  • 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, blended
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp chili powder
  • 3 tbsp butter or oil, ¼ cup cream or coconut cream, salt
Instructions
  1. 1Blanch spinach in boiling water for 2 min, then blend into smooth puree.
  2. 2Lightly fry paneer cubes.
  3. 3Heat butter, sauté blended onion-tomato with ginger-garlic and spices until oil separates.
  4. 4Add spinach puree and simmer 5–7 min. Stir in cream and paneer. Simmer gently 3–4 min. Serve with naan.
