Ingredients
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 2 cups fresh fenugreek leaves (methi), chopped
- 1 cup spinach, pureed
- 1 onion, ½ cup tomato puree
- ½ cup cream or coconut cream
- 1 tsp garam masala, turmeric, coriander
- 3 tbsp oil or ghee
Instructions
- 1Fry paneer lightly. Sauté onion, add spices and tomato puree.
- 2Add methi and spinach puree; cook 5–7 min.
- 3Stir in cream and paneer; simmer 5 min.
- 4Serve with naan.
