Ingredients
  • 6-8 large eggs, boiled and peeled
  • 2 onions, blended
  • 3 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric, 1.5 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
  • 2-3 tbsp oil or ghee, salt, cilantro
Instructions
  1. 1Heat oil. Add cumin seeds. Sauté blended onion until golden brown.
  2. 2Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Stir in tomato puree and all spices. Cook until oil separates (8-10 min).
  3. 3Add 1 cup water and simmer 5 min. Make small slits in boiled eggs and add to gravy. Simmer 5-7 min.
  4. 4Garnish with cilantro. Serve with paratha or rice.
