  • 2 tbsp oil, fresh cilantro, lemon wedges
Instructions
  1. 1Heat oil, add cumin seeds. Sauté onion until golden. Add ginger-garlic and tomato puree.
  2. 2Cook spices 5–6 min until oil separates.
  3. 3Add chickpeas and ½ cup water. Simmer 10–12 min. Mash a few chickpeas for thickness.
