Ingredients
- 4 cups cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 carrot, grated optional

- 2-3 green chilies

- 8-10 curry leaves, pinch turmeric
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, salt
Instructions
- 1Heat coconut oil; add mustard and cumin. Let crackle. Add curry leaves and green chilies.
- 2Add shredded cabbage, turmeric and salt. Stir-fry on medium-high 5-7 min.
- 3Mix in grated coconut; cook covered 5-8 min until tender-crisp. Serve hot.
