Ingredients
  • 2 medium beetroots, boiled or roasted and grated
  • 1.5 cups plain yogurt (whisked)
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp black salt or regular salt
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala optional, red chili powder to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro, 1 green chili finely chopped optional
Instructions
  1. 1Boil or roast beetroots until tender. Peel, grate and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. 2In a bowl, whisk yogurt until smooth. Add grated beetroot, cumin powder, salt, chili powder and chaat masala.
