Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 2 cups fresh fenugreek leaves (methi), washed and chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder
- 3 tbsp oil, salt
Instructions
- 1Heat oil, add cumin seeds. Sauté onion until golden.
- 2Add potatoes, turmeric, chili, coriander, and salt. Cover and cook 8–10 min.
- 3Add chopped methi leaves and cook uncovered 8–10 min until potatoes are tender and leaves are cooked.
- 4Serve as side with dal and roti.
