  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 2 cups fresh fenugreek leaves (methi), washed and chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 3 tbsp oil, salt
Instructions
  1. 1Heat oil, add cumin seeds. Sauté onion until golden.
  2. 2Add potatoes, turmeric, chili, coriander, and salt. Cover and cook 8–10 min.
  3. 3Add chopped methi leaves and cook uncovered 8–10 min until potatoes are tender and leaves are cooked.
  4. 4Serve as side with dal and roti.
