Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, blended
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp coriander, ½ tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee, salt, fresh cilantro
Instructions
- 1Heat oil, add cumin seeds. Sauté blended onion-tomato with ginger-garlic and spices until thick.

- 3Add peas and cook another 8–10 min until potatoes are tender and gravy thickens.
