Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, boiled and cubed
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp amchur (dry mango)
- 2 tbsp oil, salt, fresh cilantro
Instructions
- 1Heat oil, add cumin seeds and let splutter.
- 2Add potato cubes, turmeric, chili, coriander, and salt. Toss gently.
- 3Cook on medium-high 8–10 min until potatoes are crispy at edges.
- 4Sprinkle amchur and cilantro. Serve as side dish.
