Ingredients
- 2 potatoes, ½ head cauliflower (florets), ½ cup green peas
- 1 onion, 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp garam masala, chili powder
- 3 tbsp oil, salt, fresh cilantro
Instructions
- 1Heat oil, add cumin. Sauté onion, then tomato and spices.
- 2Add potatoes and cauliflower with 2–3 tbsp water. Cover and cook 12–15 min.
- 3Add peas and cook uncovered 5–7 min until tender and dry.
- 4Garnish with cilantro. Serve with roti.
