  • 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, blended
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 2 tbsp oil, salt, fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. 1Heat oil, add cumin seeds. Sauté blended onion-tomato with ginger-garlic and spices until thick.

  3. 3Cover and simmer 15–18 min until potatoes are tender and gravy thickens.
