Ingredients
- 3 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped
- 4 cups water
- 2 tsp dried culinary lavender buds
- Juice of 3 lemons (about ½ cup)
- 2–3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or honey
- Ice cubes
- Fresh peach slices and lavender for garnish
Instructions
- 1 Bring 2 cups water to a boil, add lavender, remove from heat and steep 5 minutes. Strain and cool.
- 2 Blend peaches with remaining water and lemon juice until smooth. Strain if desired.
- 3 Mix peach puree, lavender tea, and sweetener in a pitcher. Stir well.
- 4 Chill and serve over ice with garnishes.
