Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1–2 tbsp dried culinary lavender buds (food-grade)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste, optional for low sugar)

- Fresh blueberries, lemon slices, and mint for garnish
- Ice cubes for serving
Instructions
- 1 Bring 4 cups water to a boil. Remove from heat and add lavender buds and blueberries. Steep for 5–10 minutes.
