Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz) chickpeas, drained (reserve liquid)
- 3 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2–4 tbsp chickpea liquid (as needed)
Instructions
- 1 Add chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, and salt to a food processor.
- 2 Blend until smooth, adding reserved liquid 1 tbsp at a time for desired consistency.
- 3 Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle paprika. Serve with veggies or pita.
