Ingredients
- 4 hibiscus tea bags (or ¼ cup dried hibiscus flowers)
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1–2 tbsp honey or monk fruit (optional)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Ice and fresh mint
Instructions
- 1 Steep hibiscus in boiling water for 8–10 minutes. Remove bags and cool.
- 2 Blend strawberries with a little tea until smooth; strain if desired.
- 3 Mix strawberry puree, hibiscus tea, lemon juice, and sweetener. Chill.
- 4 Serve over ice.
