Ingredients
  • 2 (14 oz) blocks firm tofu, pressed and crumbled
  • 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 2 cups spinach
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp smoked paprika, black salt (kala namak) for eggy flavor
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, salt & pepper
  • Olive oil, cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs
Instructions
  1. 1Heat oil in a large skillet. Sauté onion and pepper 4-5 min. Add garlic and spices.
  2. 2Add crumbled tofu and nutritional yeast. Cook 6-8 min, stirring occasionally.
