High Protein Three Bean Salad Recipe — a healthy halal recipe with 240 calories and 11g protein per serving.
Ingredients
- 1 (15-oz) can chickpeas, drained
- 1 (15-oz) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (15-oz) can green beans or cannellini, drained
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- ½ red onion, diced
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Dressing: ⅓ cup olive oil, juice of 2 lemons, 1 tbsp apple vinegar, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tsp oregano, salt & pepper.
Instructions
