High Protein Lebanese Lentil Rice Mujaddara Recipe — a healthy halal vegetarian recipe with 410 calories and 16g protein per serving.
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown or green lentils, rinsed
- 1 cup long-grain rice (or brown rice), rinsed
- 3 large onions, thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 4 cups vegetable broth or water
- Salt and black pepper

Instructions
