Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless halal chicken breast or thighs, cubed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 3 celery stalks, sliced
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 zucchini or handful spinach, chopped
  • 6 cups halal chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning, salt & pepper

Instructions
