Ingredients
- 2 (15 oz) cans black beans, drained and mashed (reserve some whole)
- 1 cup cooked quinoa or oats
- ½ cup diced onion + 1 bell pepper, sautéed
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 2 tbsp ground flax + 5 tbsp water (or 1 egg)

Instructions
