Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 large sweet potato, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup red lentils, rinsed
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp cinnamon
- Salt & pepper, fresh parsley
Instructions
- 1Sauté onion and carrots 6 min. Add garlic and spices.

- 3Blend partially or leave chunky. Season and garnish.
