Ingredients
  • 14 oz paneer (halal), cubed
  • 1 large bag (10-12 oz) spinach, chopped
  • 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp turmeric, salt
  • ½ cup yogurt or coconut milk, 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
  1. 1Lightly pan-fry paneer until golden. Set aside.
  2. 2Sauté onion, add garlic, ginger, and spices. Stir in tomatoes and cook 8 min.
  3. 3Add spinach and cook until wilted. Blend half the sauce for creaminess if desired.
