Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk (or oat milk)
- 1 tbsp rosewater (food-grade, alcohol-free)

- 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- 1 In a jar or bowl, mix oats, chia seeds, almond milk, rosewater, cardamom, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
- 2 Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- 3 In the morning, stir and top with pistachios and garnish. Add more milk if desired.
