Ingredients
- 2-3 pita breads, cut into pieces
- 2 romaine hearts, chopped
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cucumbers, chopped
- 6 radishes, sliced
- ½ cup fresh mint and parsley, chopped
- Dressing: ¼ cup olive oil, juice of 2 lemons, 1-2 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp sumac, salt & pepper.
Instructions
- 1Bake pita pieces at 400°F for 8-10 min until crisp.
