Ingredients
- 1 large bunch kale, stems removed and chopped
- 2 crisp apples (such as Honeycrisp or Gala), thinly sliced
- ¾ cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup halal feta or goat cheese, crumbled (optional)
- Dressing: ¼ cup olive oil, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, salt & pepper.
Instructions
