Ingredients
  • 2 large eggplants, sliced lengthwise ¼-inch thick
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella (halal), ½ cup parmesan or nutritional yeast

  • 2 cups marinara sauce, 3 garlic cloves, Italian herbs, salt & pepper

Instructions
