  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb halal chicken breast or thighs, diced
  • 1 onion, diced; 2 carrots, diced; 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • Zest and juice of 2 lemons

Instructions
