Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced; 2 carrots, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 (15 oz) cans white beans, drained
- 5 cups vegetable broth

- 2 cups kale or spinach
- Salt, pepper, lemon juice
Instructions
