Ingredients
- 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and sliced
- Shawarma spices: 2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp cinnamon, garlic powder, salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 large wraps, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onions, tahini sauce
Instructions
- 1Mix spices, oil, and lemon. Marinate tofu 30 min.
- 2Bake or pan-sear tofu at 425°F for 18-22 min until crispy.
- 3Warm wraps. Fill with greens, vegetables, tofu slices, and tahini sauce. Roll tightly.
