  • 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, 1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans (all drained & rinsed)
  • 1 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 bell pepper, 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • ¼ cup olive oil, juice of 2 lemons, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp oregano, salt & pepper
Instructions
