Ingredients
- 16-20 large mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 bag (5-10 oz) spinach, chopped
- 4-6 oz feta cheese (halal), crumbled
- 2 garlic cloves, ½ onion, breadcrumbs or oats (½ cup)
- Olive oil, oregano, salt & pepper
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven 375°F. Chop stems; sauté with onion, garlic, spinach until wilted.
- 2Mix with feta, breadcrumbs, seasoning. Stuff caps.
- 3Bake 20-25 min until golden.
