Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin, chili powder to taste, salt

Instructions
  1. 1Marinate paneer in yogurt + half spices for 30 min. Bake or air fry at 400°F for 12-15 min.
  2. 2Sauté onion, add remaining spices and tomato sauce. Simmer 10 min.
  3. 3Add cream/coconut milk and baked paneer. Simmer 5-8 min. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with rice or naan.
