Ingredients
- 14-16 oz paneer (halal), crumbled
- 1 large onion, 2 tomatoes, 1 green bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves, 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp garam masala, ½ tsp chili powder, salt
- 2 tbsp oil, fresh cilantro, lemon wedges
Instructions
- 1Heat oil in a skillet. Add cumin seeds, then onion; sauté 4-5 min.
- 2Add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and spices. Cook 2 min. Stir in tomatoes and cook until soft.
- 3Add crumbled paneer and mix well. Cook 5-7 min until heated through and slightly dry.
- 4Garnish with cilantro and lemon. Serve with whole wheat roti or toast.
