Ingredients
- 1 lb mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 large onion, 3 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)
- 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chili powder, salt
- 2 tbsp oil, fresh cilantro, lemon
Instructions
- 1Heat oil and sauté onion until golden. Add garlic, ginger, and spices; cook 1 min.

- 3Stir in tomatoes and peas. Simmer 10-12 min until thickened.
