  • 1 (15 oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • ¾ cup lentils (green or brown), rinsed
  • 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained
  • 6-8 cups vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro + parsley
  • Lemon wedges and harissa (optional, check halal) for serving

Instructions
