  • 2 cups cooked green lentils
  • 1 small onion, 3 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tsp Italian herbs, salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp flax meal + 5 tbsp water
  • 2-3 cups marinara sauce, olive oil spray
Instructions
  1. 1Preheat oven 400°F. Pulse lentils, onion, garlic, oats, tomato paste, herbs, and flax mixture.
