Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1-2 tsp harissa paste (check halal)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 eggs, poached or fried
- 2 cups baby spinach or arugula
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

Instructions
