Ingredients
- 4-6 eggs
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1-2 tsp harissa paste
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- Salt and pepper

Instructions
- 1 Heat oil in skillet. Sauté onion, pepper, and garlic 5 minutes.

- 3 Make wells and crack eggs in. Cover and cook 5-7 minutes until eggs set.
