Ingredients
- 2 (15-oz) cans giant beans or butter beans, drained
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- ¼ cup fresh dill and parsley, chopped
- Dressing: ⅓ cup olive oil, juice of 2 lemons, 2 garlic cloves minced, 1 tsp dried oregano, salt & pepper.
Instructions
