Ingredients
- 2 pita breads, toasted and broken into pieces
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 cucumbers, chopped
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 radishes, sliced
- ½ red onion, sliced
- ½ cup fresh parsley and mint, chopped
- Dressing: ⅓ cup olive oil, juice of 2 lemons, 2 garlic cloves, 2 tsp sumac, salt & pepper.
Instructions
- 1Toast pita until crisp, cool, and break into chips.
- 2Whisk dressing. Combine all vegetables and herbs in a large bowl.
- 3Add pita chips and dressing just before serving. Toss and serve immediately.
