Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta (regular or chickpea pasta)
- 2 (12 oz) jars roasted red peppers, drained
- 1-2 (15 oz) cans chickpeas
- 3-4 garlic cloves

- Pasta water to loosen
Instructions
- 1Cook pasta. Blend most roasted peppers, garlic, chickpeas (some whole reserved), oil/tahini into sauce.
- 2Sauté reserved chickpeas and peppers. Toss with cooked pasta and sauce, adding pasta water for silky texture. Garnish with basil.
